Job description

Handle end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance for the company. Ensure books are accurate, GST/TDS filings are on time, and management gets clear MIS reports.

*Key Responsibilities*
- *GST Compliance*: Monthly GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-invoice, e-way bill, ITC reconciliation, annual returns
- *TDS*: Deduct TDS on vendors/contractors, file quarterly TDS returns, issue Form 16A, reconcile 26AS/AIS
- *Tally Prime*: Maintain full accounting in Tally Prime - entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation, MIS reports
- *Payables/Receivables*: Vendor payments, customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, aging reports
- *Audit & Records*: Support internal + statutory audit, maintain vouchers, documents, and statutory registers
- *Excel MIS*: Prepare P&L;, cash flow, expense tracking, and management reports in Excel with formulas/pivot





*Must-Have Skills*

1. *GST* - Full knowledge of filing, reconciliation, notices

2. *Tally Prime* - 3+ years hands-on, multi-company, cost center setup

3. *TDS* - Section 194C, 194J, quarterly returns, CPC compliance

5. *Excel* - VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF, data analysis for MIS

*Qualifications & Experience*
- *Education* graduation
- *Experience*: 2+ years as Sr. Accountant in manufacturing/B2B company
- *Location*: Ghatkopar or near by preferred for in office work

*Good to Have*: SAP/ERP exposure, Income Tax filing, documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
