- Lead Exchange operations across market segments. ~~ - Coordinate with Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, Depositories and other MIIs for seamless operations. ~~ - Drive system enhancements, automation and operational process improvements. ~~ - Oversee mock sessions,



system validations and implementation of operational changes. ~~ - Oversee CTCL and Algo ID approvals & activation processes in line with regulatory requirements. ~~ - Coordinate with Regulators, Auditors and Inspectors for audits, inspections and compliance reviews. ~~ - Ensure DR site readiness, business continuity and effective operational risk management. ~~ - Lead operational teams and ensure adherence to defined controls, SLAs and regulatory requirements. ~~
- MBA / Post-Graduate with minimum 18+ years of relevant experience in Capital Markets and Exchange Operations. ~~ - Strong understanding of Indian Securities Market infrastructure, Exchange operations and the MII ecosystem. ~~ - Thorough knowledge of SEBI Regulations, operational frameworks and regulatory requirements. ~~ - Experience in Exchange Operations, Clearing & Settlement coordination, CTCL, Algo controls and operational risk management. ~~ - Solid exposure to system enhancements, auto
