Academic Counselor - Cybersecurity Programs

Location: Sector 59, Noida (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 1+ Year
Industry: EdTech / Cybersecurity Certification Sales

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students for Cybersecurity programs (Ethical Hacking, CEH, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.)
- Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable certification tracks
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and virtual platforms
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in Cybersecurity / Tech certification sales
- Robust communication and convincing skills




- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity career paths
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
