We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Admission / Career Counsellor to drive student enrollments through meaningful engagement, personalized counselling, and strategic business development.
- Freshers not eligible_ _- Experience in an IT training institute is mandatory._
- Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and online inquiries
- Conduct tele-counselling to guide students to the right course
- Generate new inquiries via cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly admission targets through structured follow-up
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission data using CRM/internal systems
- Build strong relationships and ensure a positive enrollment experience
- Mandatory Requirements

Prior experience in IT training institute counselling / Ed-tech admissions





Proven track record of meeting sales/admission targets

Excellent communication in English + Hindi/Marathi

Strong persuasion, negotiation & follow-up skills

Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses

Basic computer literacy & familiarity with CRM tools

Self-driven, energetic, and team-oriented

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (BE/BTech/BCA/B.Sc preferred)
- Diploma/Certification in Sales, Marketing, Counselling is a plus
- Knowledge of IT/tech courses or industry trends will be an added advantage
