Key Responsibilities:
- Understand learners' career goals, professional background and upskilling requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, program perks, learning methodology, pricing and other relevant details.




- Conduct consultative sales conversations rather than transactional selling.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle objections related to price, time commitment, course value, competition and decision-making.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrolments and achieve monthly revenue/enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Academic/Program teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Track individual sales performance, conversion ratios and follow-up activities.
- Maintain strong learner relationships throughout the admission process.
- Stay updated on competitors, market trends and alternative upskilling programs.

- 1-4 years of experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, B2C sales, course sales, training or education counselling.
