What You'll Do
- Lead architectural design and master planning for Ananta World and other SVN Realty projects, from

concept through construction documentation.
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts and design documentation, and maintain design standards across

all outputs.
- Coordinate external architects, structural, MEP, landscape and hospitality consultants, holding them to

programme and design intent.
- Handle statutory approvals and liaison with local authorities, including compliance with applicable

development control regulations, RERA and fire/NOC requirements.
- Conduct site reviews at the Jhambe, Satara project site to ensure execution matches approved design.
- Support the marketing and sales teams with accurate plans, renders and design inputs for collateral and

site visits.

What We're Looking For

Required
- 6+ years of post-qualification architectural experience.
- B.Arch (or M.Arch), with valid Council of Architecture (CoA) registration.




- Proven experience taking projects from concept design through construction documentation and site

execution.
- Solid command of AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for presentation.
- Working knowledge of Indian building codes, development control regulations and the statutory

approval process in Maharashtra.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams.

Preferred
- Experience on hospitality, resort or large-format township/destination projects.
- Master planning experience on large land parcels.
- Familiarity with the Pune and Satara approval landscape.
- Sustainable or green-building design experience (IGBC/GRIHA or similar).

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
