American Ratings India Private Limited is introducing the Lead Magnet Platform, an enterprise B2B platform that enables organizations to issue globally verifiable Business A-I-R-S Certifications through the innovative WhiCre (White Label Credit) Model.

We are looking for experienced enterprise sales professionals who have a proven track record of selling high-value B2B solutions to CXOs, Directors, and business owners.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager (Inside Sales), you will engage directly with CXOs, Founders, Managing Directors, and decision-makers across India to introduce the Lead Magnet Platform and convert qualified opportunities into enterprise customers.





This is a consultative sales role focused on building long-term relationships and closing high-value B2B transactions.

Product Overview

The Lead Magnet Platform operates on the WhiCre (White Label Credit) Model.

Under this model:
- Enterprise customers purchase a package of 100 Points.
- Investment Value:₹3,00,000 (₹3,000 per Point).
- Based on actual usage, 25x Credit Points are provisioned within the Lead Magnet Portal.
- These credits are used to issue Business A-I-R-S Certifications.
- Each Business A-I-R-S Certification consumes 5 Points.

The solution is designed for organizations that wish to issue certifications as part of their customer engagement, partner ecosystem, employee perks, or loyalty programs.
