About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to act as a single point of contact for client leadership on L2 operational performance, driving service excellence through SRE practices, automation, and proactive operations. This role focuses on aligning business priorities with technical delivery, improving service reliability, and fostering robust stakeholder relationships across markets and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary operational engagement lead for business and customer stakeholders
- Drive improvements in MTTR, service performance, and operational efficiency
- Lead operational reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and report on service health
- Define scope of work and identify opportunities for service optimisation
- Track incident progress and ensure effective communication with stakeholders and markets
- Participate in post-incident reviews and drive marke
