We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our furniture store to new heights of success. As the Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and driving sales performance. You will be expected to implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, ensure store compliance with company policies, and maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment, to liaison with Architects and Interior Designers to promote the brand, leading to increased sales.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty
- Liaison with Architects and Interior Designers for promoting the brand and increasing sales
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service




- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Ensure a visually appealing store environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization according to brand standards
- Implement effective training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement

Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar managerial role, preferably in the furniture industry
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff
- Analytical mind-set with experience in sales forecasting and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficiency in any retail management software, Microsoft Office Sui
