About the Role:
HSO India is looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant - D365 F&O; Finance to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) projects.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O; Finance solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Configure and support D365 Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash & Bank Management
- Fixed Assets
- Budgeting
- Tax and Financial Dimensions
- Period and Year-End Closing
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Lead functional workshops, requirement discussions, demos, and knowledge-transfer sessions with customers.




- Support data migration, integration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues as part of implementation and/or managed services engagements.
- Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Review deliverables and provide functional guidance to junior consultants.
- Contribute to solution documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 7-10 years of overall experience with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in D365 F&O; Finance functional consulting.
- Experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle D365 F&O; implementations and/or significant managed services/support projects.
