Job Description - MIS Executive

Position: MIS Executive
Department: Business Operations
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze business data to generate actionable insights.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Business Team.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to review targets, priorities, and progress.
- Track team performance, productivity, and business KPIs.
- Assign, monitor, and follow up on leads through Kylas CRM.
- Ensure timely updates of customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Prepare business dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Identify reporting gaps and implement process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.




- Support management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with Kylas CRM is preferred.
- Experience in MIS reporting, lead management, and sales coordination.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Power BI, or SQL is an added advantage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, Business Operations, CRM, or Data Analysis.
- Freshers with excellent Microsoft Excel skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
