Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for counseling OPD patients on recommended diagnostic services, treatments, wellness programs, and healthcare packages.
- Drive patient conversions by effectively explaining service benefits, costs, and expected outcomes while achieving assigned revenue and conversion targets.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, front office, diagnostics, nursing, and billing teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling specialized healthcare programs and value-added services.
- Conduct timely patient follow-ups to address concerns and support informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, conversions,



and service enrollments in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction while adhering to established SOPs and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Management preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, patient counseling, or conversion roles
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers preferre

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
