Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Implement organization-wide internal communication strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment across all functions and regions
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders across functions on key areas of the business and effectively translate business objectives and requirements into effective Internal Communication and Engagement strategies
- Support implementation of IC and leadership events such as Quarterly Townhalls, Annual Leadership Meets
- Build and amplify communication around strategic organisational initiatives across key org levers including culture, ethics, and business
- Ensure consistency of internal communication messages across all mediums while conforming with brand compliance
- Manage and develop the Internal Communication channels and continuosly improve their effectiveness using insights and measurements
- Work & coordinate with external communciation agencies to ensure consistency of messaging. Provide direction to agencies, analysize their day to day activities,



set standards on various parameters and review their work on weekly / monthly basis
- Liaise with Corporate Communications & marketing teams on matters as appropriate

Experience
- 8-10 yrs in internal communcations
Experience in managing a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets, mobile, and internal social media channels
Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and excellent written & verbal communication skills
Experience in any larger corporate / conglomerate / MNCs

Industry Preferred

Qualifications
- Post-Graduation / Graduation degree in Communications / Marketing / Public Relations or any other relevant field
