Key Responsibilities:
1. Packaging Supervision: Ensure all finished goods are packed properly as per SOP. Check packing material, carton strength, labeling, and sealing.

2. Quality Control: Final QC before dispatch. Check for defects, damage, missing parts, and ensure quality is as per customer/ISO standards.

3. Packaging Material Management: Monitor stock of cartons, tapes, foam, pallets, labels. Ensure material is stored properly and backed/replenished on time. No stock-out during dispatch.

4. Team Handling: Manage 8-12 workers on post-assembly line. Assign tasks, train on proper packing technique, and maintain discipline.

5. Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse + logistics team for container loading, 40ft packing plan, and documentation.

6. Production Targets: Achieve daily packing targets without compromising quality. Report shortages/rejections to Production Head.

Must-Have Skills:
1. Robust eye for detail - can catch minor packing/quality issues

2. Basic computer - Excel for daily packing report

3. Can read drawings/specs for packing instructions

4. Hindi + basic English for team instructions

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
