As we scale our operations, we are seeking a high-calibre In-House Sales Skilled with proven industry experience to lead client acquisition and revenue growth from our Rajkot office.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through tele-sales, digital leads, and corporate references.
- Prepare, negotiate, and close high-value freight quotations.
- Develop strong relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers, and traders.
- Coordinate closely with operations, documentation, and accounts teams.




- Maintain and grow an active client portfolio.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track sales performance through CRM and reporting tools.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with accounts.
- Provide market intelligence on pricing trends and competitor activity.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 3-6+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales only.:
- Strong understanding of:
- Sea freight & air freight
- Import-export procedures
- Shipping lines & container bookings
- Documentation & commercial terms
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with high-value clients.
- Strong professional ethics and long-term career mindset.
