We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely in India.

Key Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Develop creative strategies to fill challenging positions.
- Meet agreed recruitment targets and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven recruitment or headhunting experience.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media recruiting, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interview-screening skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.





SIGNIFICANT: Proof of Experience Required

Applicants may be asked to provide verifiable proof of previous headhunting and recruitment experience, such as:
- Examples of positions successfully filled.
- Recruitment performance records or placement numbers.
- Previous recruitment KPIs or targets achieved.
- References from previous employers or clients.
- A brief explanation of difficult positions successfully filled and how they were sourced.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
