Job Summary:
The Milk Operations Supervisor is responsible for complete control over milk procurement, quality checking (FAT & SNF), consumption tracking, and production monitoring. This role is critical for ensuring accurate data management, minimizing wastage, and preventing any loss or misuse in milk handling.

Key Responsibilities:1. Milk Procurement & Verification
- Maintain daily records of milk received from all sources
- Check quantity, FAT, and SNF at the time of receiving
- Maintain vendor-wise data and pricing

2. Quality Control
- Ensure only high-quality milk is accepted
- Monitor consistency in FAT & SNF levels
- Reject substandard milk and report immediately

3. Consumption & Production Tracking
- Maintain records of milk usage in:
- Paneer (Chhena)
- Khoya (Mawa)
- Sweets production
- Track daily input-output ratio
- Identify and report any abnormal loss or wastage

4. Data Management & Reporting




- Maintain proper records in register / Excel / POS system
- Prepare and submit:
- Daily milk procurement report
- Consumption report
- Production yield report
- Ensure 100% accuracy in reporting

5. Stock & Loss Control
- Monitor daily milk stock balance
- Prevent theft, leakage, or misuse
- Ensure proper storage and handling

6. Coordination
- Coordinate with purchase and production teams
- Ensure smooth workflow of daily operations

7. Hygiene & Handling
- Maintain strict hygiene standards in milk storage and usage
- Ensure cleanliness of tanks, utensils, and workspace

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Experience in dairy / sweets production preferred
- Knowledge of FAT & SNF testing
- Basic knowledge of Excel / record keeping
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy of milk data records
- Yield efficiency (milk vs production output)
- Wastage
