- Create a positive, child-friendly classroom workplace
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
- Foster emotional and social development
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with English or Education background)
- D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in primary classes (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude
