Job Title: Store Supervisor

Department: Stores / Inventory Management
Reporting To: Store Manager / Operations Manager

job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and protected storage of all materials.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements and deliveries.
- Verify materials received against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.




- Supervise and guide Store Executives, Store Assistants, and other store staff.
- Ensure proper issuance of materials only against authorized requisitions.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, or obsolete stock and report to management.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Kitchen, and other departments for material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
