Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage WhatsApp conversations and provide timely replies.
- Explain Sound Healing, Reiki Healing, Crystal Healing, and other wellness programs.
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable course based on their interests and goals.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist students with course schedules, fees, accommodation, certification, and registration.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student inquiries using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Respond to social media messages professionally.
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets while maintaining excellent student satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Comfortable speaking with international students.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, MS Office, Gmail).




- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations.
- Qualified attitude and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer support, sales, or hospitality.
- Experience in the wellness, education, yoga, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Familiarity with international students and cultural sensitivity is preferred.
