Key Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of electrical systems used in semiconductor / microelectronics facilities
- Hands-on experience with tool install electrical design including power distribution, grounding, and control wiring
- Good knowledge of codes and standards (NEC, IEC, NFPA, SEMI standards)
- Working knowledge of short circuit, load flow, breaker sizing, feeder sizing, SCCR
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments and critical systems
- Exposure to Lean design and execution principles
- Solid coordination skills across disciplines (mechanical, process, facility)
- Good communication,

Key Responsibilities
- Develop tool install electrical designs from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction)
- Prepare:
- Single line diagrams
- Load schedules
- Cable sizing and routing
- Panel schedules
- Perform engineering calculations:
- Load estimation
- Cable and breaker sizing
- Short circuit and protection checks
- Ensure compliance with client standards and semiconductor industry requirements
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, and facility teams
- Support on-site execution, resolve design issues, and provide technical inputs
- Review and check deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
- Support cost and manpower estimation for projects
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement
