Job Responsibilities:
Attend installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.

Provide in office service support to clients for kitchen equipment.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and gas-operated equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown services as per client requirements.

Visit client sites for equipment inspection and service calls.

Ensure proper installation and functioning of kitchen equipment.

Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules and technical issues.

Prepare service reports, site visit reports, and maintenance records.

Coordinate with the technical and production teams for major repairs and solutions.

Guide clients regarding equipment operation and maintenance.

Maintain proper service documentation and spare parts records.

Provide timely updates to the service manager regarding pending issues and site status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.





Experience in commercial kitchen equipment service preferred.

Knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, heating elements, refrigeration, and gas systems.

Ability to troubleshoot kitchen equipment such as:
Combi Oven

Dishwasher

Refrigeration Equipment

Cooking Equipment

Induction Systems

Exhaust Systems

Other Commercial Kitchen Equipment

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Willingness to travel for site visits.

Experience:
2-5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment servicing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, or related industries preferred.
