About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential clients, students, and salon professionals to inform them about workshops, seminars, and beauty courses.
- Explain the benefits of joining Shubharambh Foundation’s programs.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly for conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about events.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams for updates.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage).
- Confident and polite telephone manner.




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
