Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-commerce Support Executive with 0-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a robust foundation in online marketing channels and practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Support
- Manage and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento:
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Support website content updates and perform regular checks to ensure smooth user experience
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities

Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute,



and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads:
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS:
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and write basic ad copy
- Analyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite:
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and promotional materials
- Support basic SEO and conversion optimization initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering Degree, MBA/MCA, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce operations:
- Knowledge in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, WooCommerce.
- Experience on Zoho too
