Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Wi-Fi infrastructure, internet connectivity, and VPN services to ensure high network availability, optimal performance, and mínimal downtime across all business locations.
- Configure, implement, and maintain network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, endpoint security,



and access control policies to safeguard organizational data and IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues involving routers, switches, wireless access points, servers, ISP connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and other networking components while ensuring timely issue resolution as per defined SLAs.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance activities, including firmware upgrades, software updates, security patch management, network backups, configuration reviews, and hardware health checks to maintain system reliability and business continuity.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable network architectures for new office locations, branch connectivity, cloud integration, and remote access solutions, ensuring secure, efficient, and cost-effective network performance.
