Aditi Toys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - HR to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management
Labour Law & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, CLRA, etc.)
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Performance Management (KRA/KPI & PMS)
HR MIS & Documentation
Eligibility:
MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or equivalent
4-7 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing industry
Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Experience in HRMS, MS Excel, and recruitment
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
