are looking for an energetic and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee daily site

operations, coordinate project execution, ensure timely material availability, and maintain

accurate project updates through our CRM system.

Position Overview

The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring multiple interior project

sites across Chennai and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. The role requires

frequent site visits, proactive material planning, contractor coordination, quality

monitoring, and daily reporting through Powerplay CRM.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit all assigned project sites daily.
- Monitor interior execution activities.
- Update daily progress in Powerplay CRM.
- Upload site photographs and DPR reports.
- Forecast material requirements and raise indent requests in advance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams.
- Ensure no work stoppage due to material shortages.




- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and subcontractors.
- Monitor labour productivity and project timelines.
- Conduct quality inspections and snag checks.
- Attend client and vendor coordination meetings when required.
- Escalate project delays and site issues to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 100% daily CRM updates.
- Daily monitoring of all active sites.
- No project delays due to material shortages.
- Minimal rework and customer complaints.
- Timely completion of assigned activities.
- Effective coordination of labour, contractors and vendors.
