Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises, tailored to different levels of knowledge and skills.
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions for individuals, groups, and teams.
- Provide hands-on training in real-world cybersecurity scenarios and practical lab exercises.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices to ensure the training content is relevant and accurate.
- Customize training programs to meet specific client needs, including corporate training, government training, and educational institutions.
- Assess learners' progress and provide feedback, helping them build a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars to raise awareness about cybersecurity best practices.
- Assist in the development of certifications or accreditation for trained individuals.
- Collaborate with management to ensure the training aligns with organizational goals and compliance requirements.




- Maintain records of training sessions, materials, and attendees.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
- Minimum [1-5] years of experience in cybersecurity, with a solid understanding of key concepts such as network security, encryption, firewalls, and incident response.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs, courses, or workshops.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to individuals with various levels of technical knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, software, and platforms (e.g., SIEM, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, etc.).
- Ability to adapt training to the needs of the audience, from beginners
