Job Role:We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Controller to support the planning, monitoring, and execution of large-scale engineering and construction projects. The role requires robust organizational skills, schedule control expertise, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibility:
- Assist in developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across engineering and construction phases.
- Monitor progress against baseline schedules and budgets.
- Prepare variance analysis reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain project dashboards and trackers for executive reporting.
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams, contractors, and clients.
- Organize review meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure documentation and approvals are completed on time.
- Identify potential risks and delays; escalate issues proactively.
- Support project managers in implementing mitigation strategies.




- Maintain project records, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients

Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil/mechanical/electrical) or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in project coordination or project controls within engineering/construction.
- Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 with resource and cost loading:
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of EPC project workflows will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
