Job Title: Operations Executive - Travel Industry

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Experience: 1-4 years in Travel Operation

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle hotel bookings, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and vendor coordination.
- Manage cab bookings, transfers, sightseeing arrangements, and transportation logistics.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport vendors, and other travel partners for smooth operations.
- Verify booking details, vouchers, itineraries, and operational documents before departure.
- Ensure timely delivery of travel services and resolve operational issues or guest concerns.
- Maintain booking records, operational reports, and vendor communications.
- Follow up with vendors regarding confirmations, payments, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Ticketing,



and Accounts teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
- Monitor guest travel status and provide operational support throughout the journey.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of hotel reservations, cab operations, transfers, and travel coordination.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving and vendor management skills.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
