Procurement Executive (HVAC): 1-5 years’ Experience

Qualification: Any Graduation (Engineering Graduate preferred)
- Responsible for end-to-end Purchase processes
- Interest in learning the AC, HVAC Components, accessories and materials
- Understanding BOQ (bill of quantity)
- Floating of Quotation inquiry
- Acquiring quotes
- Comparison of quotes upkeeping make, price and quality for further approval
- Selection of vendor and registration in concerned software
- Cration of Purchase orders
- Update the delivery schedule of materials against PO as per project schedule
- Confirmation of delivery to the site or to the store house
- Market survey
- Payment tracking and follow up
- Robust communication skills (Verbal, oral and written)




- Proficiency in MS office (Word and xl)
- Coordination among the company departments for smooth functioning of the organization
- Filing and maintenance of all completed records to the file concerned for future audit
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time with respect to the purchase processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
