Job Profile - MIS Executive

Location: Gomti Nagar Branch, Bhasin Brothers
Reporting To: Branch Head / HR & Operations Head

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect, compile, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Operational Analytics:
- Analyze sales trends and inventory movement to highlight irregularities.
- Provide actionable insights to management for improving efficiency and compliance.
- Sales Targets & Incentives:
- Assist management in fixing department‑wise sales targets based on past performance and seasonal demand.
- Prepare and maintain incentive calculation sheets for sales staff across different sections.
- Ensure transparent, rule‑based incentive computation and share reports with HR for payroll processing.
- Document incentive logic clearly for audit and management queries.
- System & Documentation Compliance:
- Ensure all reports are transparent, audit‑ready, and aligned with statutory requirements.
- Maintain digital and physical records for HR,



payroll, and vendor payments.
- Coordination & Support:
- Work closely with floor managers, cashiers, and inventory staff to reconcile sales and stock data.
- Support HR in preparing payroll inputs and compliance trackers.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify gaps in reporting systems and suggest improvements for accuracy and usability.
- Develop templates/checklists that are staff‑friendly (Hindi/mobile formats where required).
- Technical Skills:
- Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formula‑based incentive sheets, target trackers) for report generation.
- Troubleshoot data errors, mismatches, and provide alternate formats when required.
