Role Summary

The Discord Manager builds and runs creator communities: an active, moderated, well-programmed space where affiliates feel recognized and engaged. This role keeps the community healthy day to day, drives weekly programming, and turns the server into a retention and activation engine for creators.

Key Responsibilities

Daily
- Moderate all channels: review messages for rule compliance, remove spam or harmful content, issue warnings, and ban repeat offenders with documentation.
- Drive member engagement: answer questions, welcome new members, highlight active contributors, and spark conversation.
- Track tickets and queries in a task sheet with daily team updates.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 year managing a Discord server or online community.
- Solid written English and a natural, engaging community voice.
- Comfortable working with a US-based creator audience and time zone.
- Organized, consistent, and proactive about programming.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
