Job Description - Site Engineer (Civil)

Position: Site Engineer (Civil)

Experience: 3-4 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Willing to travel and relocate within Hyderabad/Telangana based on project requirements)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise structural and finishing works as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Independently manage assigned projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate effectively with PMCs, architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, verify BOQs, and monitor material consumption at the site.
- Manage labour deployment, subcontractors, and daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress, maintain site records, and submit regular progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Resolve day-to-day site execution challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:




- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Experience in institutional, commercial, and interior fit-out projects is preferred.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
- Experience in quantity estimation and site measurements.
- Excellent coordination skills with PMCs and consultants.
- Good labour and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently handle small projects end-to-end with mínimal supervision.
- Self-driven, responsible, and quality-focused.
- Willing to travel and relocate within Hyderabad or other locations in Telangana based on project requirements.
