Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves counselling students, explaining programs, handling admissions-related queries, and supporting students throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents on academic/admission programs, courses, and career pathways.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Assist students with the admission and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion and enrolment.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Provide ongoing academic guidance and address student concerns.
- Meet assigned counselling and enrolment targets.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
