Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Expand market reach and increase product availability.
- Generate recent business opportunities and onboard new customers.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Conduct market visits and analyze competitor activities.
- Execute trade promotions, schemes, and product launches.
- Ensure timely collections and control outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).

Requirements:




- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, Spices, Food Products, Organic Products, or Wellness Products sales.
- Strong knowledge of distributor and retail network management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
