Key responsibilities:
- Cleanliness and sanitation
- Maintain spotless dining rooms, service stations, kitchens, and restrooms; ensure adherence to hygiene standards as per local health regulations.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, stockrooms, and dishwashing areas; manage waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Dish and utensil management
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, and polish dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans; monitor dishwashing chemicals and temperatures; report equipment malfunctions.
- After-service turnover
- Reset tables quickly and accurately for subsequent service; reset à la carte and banquet setups as required; assist in plating or presentation duties under supervision.
- Stock, inventory, and equipment
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, napkins, condiments, and serviceware; maintain orderliness of storage areas; report shortages to supervisors.




- Collaboration and guest support
- Assist servers and kitchen staff with food and beverage service as needed; respond to guest requests with courtesy and promptness; maintain a quiet, unobtrusive presence during service.
- Hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Follow safety protocols, spill procedures, and personal protective equipment guidelines; observe food safety and hygiene practices; report any hazards or incidents to supervisors.
- Waste and environmental practices
- Implement basic waste management practices; support sustainability initiatives (e.g., proper recycling, energy-saving practices) as directed.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
