We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates (Voice & Chat Process).

Position: Customer Support Associate
Qualification: Graduate / Non-Graduate

Compensation & Benefits:
- Take Home Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 per month
- Annual Incentives: Up to ₹36,000
- Performance-Based Rewards Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through Voice & Chat support
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain quality and productivity standards

- Positive communication skills

- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
