WE'RE HIRING — SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Training / Course Enrolment Sales)

We're looking for an energetic, well-spoken Sales Representative to join our team and drive student enrolments across our training programs. This is a field + counselling role — you'll be the face that turns an enquiry into an admission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel walk-in visitors and phone leads about course details, fees, duration, and benefits
- Follow up with "Interested," "Call Back," and "Information Sent" leads to convert them into admissions
- Clearly and persuasively convey the value of enrolling to hesitant or undecided leads
- Represent the institute at workshops, seminars, and promotional events — nearby or as scheduled
- Travel for outstation programs, camps, or events as required
