- a. To prepare discharge summaries, death summaries, DAMA summaries and clinical summaries in wards ICU, JCI, daycare
- b. Report dispatching.
- c. Facilitating in signing of the reports by the Consultant.
- d. Assist in other diagnostic if the need arises.e. Helping/Assisting cardiology department as and when required.Skills
- a. Knowledge of medical terminologies.
- b. Basic knowledge about HIS.
- c. Typing reports, patients baseline data.
- d. Valuable communication.e. Polite & courteous.Qualification
Graduate & Training course in Medical Transcription
