We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to fuel our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT products and services verticals.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions through consultative selling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Own the full sales cycle — from first connect to contract closure.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and upsell revenue.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity reports on CRM tools.




- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Skills:
- 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or technology consulting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with IT services including web/app development, SaaS, cloud, or managed services.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Prior exposure to LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation tools (Apollo, Hunter.io).
