About the Role

We are hiring for a fast-growing accounting outsourcing firm focused on building innovative Tax Technology solutions that transform accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and advisory services. We are seeking a dynamic Tax Technology Developer (Manager) who combines robust full-stack development expertise with product development capabilities and a strategic business mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development
- Build robust backend services, APIs, and databases to support tax computation, compliance, and reporting workflows.
- Develop intuitive front-end interfaces that simplify complex tax and accounting processes.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Collaborate with tax and accounting professionals to convert regulatory requirements into technical solutions.

Product Development & Innovation
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirement gathering to development, testing, and deployment.
- Define product roadmaps, feature prioritization,



and release plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to continuously improve product offerings.
- Prepare product documentation, technical specifications, user stories, and workflow designs.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within tax and accounting processes.

Product Commercialization & Go-To-Market Support
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for Tax Technology products and solutions.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for different customer segments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create product presentations, case studies, landing pages, and demonstration materials.
