Follow up with customers and ensure timely loan repayments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups as per the collection schedule.
- Record customer commitments (PTP) and payment updates in the CRM.
- Explain payment options and guide customers through the payment process.
- Update all collection activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Escalate delayed payments and difficult cases to the Collection Manager.
- Prepare daily collection and follow-up reports.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
- Follow company collection policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication.
- Comfortable with calling and customer follow-ups.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Previous collection or telecalling experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
