The teacher will be responsible for delivering quality classroom instruction, conducting practical activities, preparing students for examinations, and supporting students in achieving solid academic performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to students of Grades 8-10 according to the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Explain chemistry concepts using practical examples and activity-based teaching methods.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations wherever applicable.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide additional academic support and remedial classes to students who require assistance.
- Prepare students effectively for school examinations and CBSE assessments.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and conduct proper revision.
- Guide students in science projects, exhibitions, quizzes,



and academic competitions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate academic and student performance records.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students' academic progress.
- Coordinate with the academic coordinator and other teachers regarding student development.
- Participate in school events, activities, and other academic responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry / Science or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred/required as per school norms.:
- Relevant teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry concepts for Grades 8-10.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Good practical and laboratory knowledge.
