Key Roles
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP, and other disciplines. Perform model reviews and identify design conflicts and coordination issues.
- Participate in BIM coordination and clash-detection meetings. Ensure BIM models comply with project-specific standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and BEP.
- Support design development from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, view standards, and project content. Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers. Assist with BIM Execution Plans,



model delivery schedules, and information exchange requirements. Maintain model health, file structure, worksets, links, and shared coordinates. Support the BIM
- Manager/BIM Coordinator in implementing BIM workflows and standards. Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency through BIM automation and technology.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. 3+ years of qualified architectural/BIM experience. Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture. Good understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and building documentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
