Job Summary:
Responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving sales growth, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies for Britannia products across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and large customers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop account-wise sales plans and business strategies
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, modern trade, and institutional customers
- Monitor primary and secondary sales performance
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising
- Negotiate commercial terms, schemes, promotions, and business agreements
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams for timely product availability
- Track inventory, orders, and payment collections
- Prepare sales forecasts, account reports, and MIS
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and business expansion

Skills Required:




- Strong FMCG sales and key account management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding
- Customer relationship and business development skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/sales reporting tools
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
- 2-6 years of experience in FMCG sales / Key Account Management
- Experience handling modern trade, institutional, or large retail accounts preferred

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with FMCG, food, beverages, packaged foods, dairy, or consumer goods:
- Exposure to Contemporary Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, HoReCa, and Institutional Sales:
- Experience handling key accounts, distributors, supermarkets, retail chains, or large customers

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
