Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, references, digital platforms, field visits, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, coaching centres, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
- Develop business strategies to strengthen the organization's presence in the education sector.
- Explore new markets and partnership opportunities to support organizational growth.

Institutional Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, NGOs, and corporate organizations.




- Conduct institutional meetings to establish long-term collaborations.
- Coordinate career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and educational awareness programs.
- Strengthen partnerships that support student admissions and organizational development.

Admissions & Student Counselling
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, certifications, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Explain course curriculum, fee structure, learning methodology, and placement assistance.
- Guide students throughout the admission process and provide timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Client Relationship Management
- Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally.
- Build long-term professional relationships with students, parents, institutions, and corporate clients.
