- Initiate and manage structured conversations with potential partners and stakeholders
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward

- Develop relationships and partnerships with: ■ Rotary & Lions Clubs ■ Community groups and associations ■ Corporates and CSR teams ■ NGOs, Trusts & Foundations ■ Educational institutions and networks Planning, Negotiation & Partnerships
- Identify and finalize venues, vendors, and service partners
- Lead B2B negotiations with sponsors, partners, and vendors
- Drive lead generation and secure commercial closures
- Manage contracts,

- Oversee event logistics and ensure operational readiness
- 4+ years in event planning, vendor management, or partnerships
- Strong B2B negotiation and deal-closing experience (mandatory)
- Experience in venue sourcing and sponsorship acquisition
- Highly organized, commercially driven, and execution-focused
- Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
