Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify CNC programs for production using Mastercam.
- Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time, tooling cost, and improve productivity.
- Prepare and edit CNC programs as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Handle production planning, process improvement, and shop floor coordination.
- Guide and supervise CNC operators as a team leader.
- Ensure quality standards through inspection and process control.
- Use quality measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Master, CMM, Profile Projector, Roughness Tester, and Burnishing Tools.
- Maintain production records and support continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Mastercam (Minimum 2 Years)
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD (Minimum 4 Years)
Knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling techniques
Experience in production control and team handling
Ability to troubleshoot machining issues
Positive knowledge of MS Office

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
