Senior Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement

The Senior Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement is responsible for executing and scaling Mastercard's channel sales and partnerships operating model through process optimization, system enhancements, operational governance, enablement, and partner program management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Operations to deliver business priorities,



operational improvements, and scalable partnership solutions
- Drive process optimization and system enhancements across key platforms, including Salesforce, Ironclad, and Impartner, from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption
- Support partnership sales and partner lifecycle activities by enabling efficient operational execution, governance, onboarding, and ongoing program management
- Manage operational and partner program activities, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, policies, controls, service standards, and program requirements
- Develop and deliver training, communications, and enablement resources while driving continuous improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, standardization, and operational effectiveness
